  • Love these guys!

  • Eddie is a talented true gentleman .

  • Sorry! the lead on this song's name is Eddie Hokenson, not Hoken awesome voice

    Eddie Black!

  • I can't find these lyrics anywhere. Do you or any of our fans out there have the lyrics, can please post. Thankx I'm so addicted to this song.

  • I really love this "live" version of this wonderful song. Anyone know where I can pick this up on dvd?

  • It's been a while since I've come to this site and I had to hear this song again. Can't find it anywhere else. Trying on imesh only got Heaven Knows and Music, Harmony, Rhythm. Just love this, gives me goose bumps just listening to it. Takes me way back. Thanks for keeping this posted. Can't find this kind of stuff by any group today.

  • Let any artist today try to sing live with a band................tee hee hee

  • Still play my Brooklyn Dreams LP's to this day...cool.

  • This would be a great song for DWTS as a group dance, or even Heaven Knows would be fantastic. I love the Brooklyn Dreams. Was looking for something by them on regulard internet. I only just tapped into youtube about 3-4 weeks ago. BD is a great group to listien to. Wonderful harmony. Thanks for posting.

  • does anybody have a copy of just another night at the Tango... that was written about all of the old gang and a place where they all hung out...just a letter ot two changed.lol

  • ALWAYS TIMELESS!!!! The gift of voices that are seldom heard. Keep using your voices, they are right out of HEAVEN!

  • These guys were under rated. They were one of the best harmony group around at the time. Awesome songs. Love these guys, they bring back great memories. I think it's Esposito that's still married to Donna Summers and they have two daughters. Thanks! Load up some more Brooklyn Dreams if you got it.

  • Actually it's Bruce Sudano who's married to Donna Summer...still married for nearly 28 years now (according to Joel Whitburn's Billboard books). Bruce was a member before BD of the early 70's group Alive and Kicking.

  • @mdbrowncd I do not believe it is Bruce singing lead on this he never had any facial hair in his Brooklyn Dreams days however Eddie Hoken who was already losing his hair back then always wore a baret and beard he had an amazing voice and also later was one of Kenny Vance and The Planotones and can be heard doing dual leads with Kenny on their Planotones song It's so Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday he left The Planotones eventually, he has a great, great voice!!!

    Eddie Black, The Five Sharks

  • @leoo1313 Actually it is Bruce married to Donna still, I sang with some guys about five years ago in Kenny Vances studio at his house in Brooklyn Esposito was one of the guys harmonizing with us , another great voice! and a great guy! it was an honor to be singing in the same room with him and Kenny .Your right they were an underated group perhaps because they came to be in the Disco days as opposed to the Doo wop days, in any case they rocked the house.

    Eddie Black, The Five Sharks

  • @leoo1313 No it's Bruce Sudano that's Married to Donna

  • WOW! One hell of a song! Wish it were out now. Damn! Tried getting a CD of "Brooklyn Dreams"...only vinyl LPs available.

    Anyway....love you guys!

  • Your The Best.... Around

  • Oh,this is just great! It was such a treat to see this. You were great together.

  • I really like them, do you have the clip of them on Bandstand singing "Music & Harmony"? I think that was the name of the song- one of members was married to Donna Summer at the time, she hosted the show at that taping of the show.

  • I never heard touching in the dark I would love to hear it if you have it I also would love to hear anther song they did called Sad Eyes can you upload those if you have them.

  • One more thing; Brooklyn Dreams fans will remember that beautiful love song, "Touching in the Dark", listen to it again, one of my favorites . . .

  • I still have this album from the 70s---this is the first time I've ever seen this video! Thanks you for making this possible; it made my day!!
