What the cat is doing is a sign of affection: watch other clips where cats are doing the same thing to dogs and their human owners. They are trying to mate with them too? It's an affection ritual that felines do.

I have also had cats that are nutered, they still get horny and want to mate... It's the same with dogs you know.... No, it's not a sign of affection... When cats stomp on a human or a dog the way I think you mean, they are NOT showing any affection to the person or dog they're stomping on. If you didn't know, they also stomp on a pillow before they decide to lay down on it... It's a way to soften the sleep area and the area they just want to lay down on...
