I think it may be an original composition by the authors. I recognized a few of the sounds from Apple's Logic Pro library (the African voices).

This is a nice concept, question is however, is it really that great to develop multitouch applications, working on it for hours and days in a row on such a small handheld device, I doubt it.

Or you could think about it being used to control presentations or the like, not used all day instead of sitting at your computer.
