  • very reliable cars in their day. More reliable than the Pinto

  • Yeah, right. A Wall Street guy in an orange car.

  • @citroenfan616 Why not. It would make a strong statement saying that just because i have a lot of money does not mean i need a fancy car to show for it. A Volkswagen Beetle is worth a pretty penny nowadays in good condition.

  • eny one want to buy a 1303? iv got 1 that i want to sell email me on my page

  • omg they rose they the price? thought it was$1999

  • I love the Volkswagen, but since last year, I'll never hear any advice from the assholes of Wall Street.

  • well hes right, that car would worth a fortune today if it was in original condition

  • @okrabay "Fortune" I'd say is a bit strong. A pretty penny would be more accurate. A super-beetle in like new condition might pull 15K. I say might. They're not the most desirable TYPE 1. That would be a profit of $12,375. But it only took 35+ years to make it. Unless you bought a huge load of Ferraris and Hemi Chrysler cars from the sixties, there's not a lot of return in buying old cars to turn a profit.

  • $2625. wow.

  • Put it this way, in todays money that's like $26256.00
