@lemmeinwillya I have two major problems with the cover, one is the changes to the tone of the song are for the worse it sounds less anarchic and violent and more insane, my much more major critiscism though is that they replaced the music but kept the lyrics and the artificial instruments dont work as well for the lyrics as guitar that the original had.
I adore bowie and this is the best cover of one of his songs ever...beck is a genius...but really I hated this movie all around...personal taste guess...and yeah, nicole is hot, but not a great actress...
Good job - only think I would have changed would be to have the scenes more mixed. Like, to have the Tango de Roxanne/Green Fairy/Hindi Sad Diamonds/etc. bits mixed in with all the stuff from the cancan at the beginning. It would have provided nice contrast.

Moulin Rouge would be great, if Nicole Kidman wasn't in it. She's so unwatchable. Love this song though.
