That equals a sign that Jacob is gonna be with Renesmee in many years to come so don't just assume that you know everything. Yeah there is no fact that they are gonna be together but there is a hint at the end of Breaking Dawn that they will be together.

@MissHPfanatic13 Fact is not confirmed by Stephenie Meyer, but I think they can. She has blood in her veins after all. Her body can change (grow). The two are genetically compatible as well; both got 24 pairs of chromosome. There's possibly a time limit, though. I thnk it has to be within that first 7 years that she can still grow, before frozen forever after that. That's just my idea of how things would probably work, though. Anybody else have similar/different ideas?

well, I believe that Jake can die. He is not an immortal. If let's say someone chop his head off, he'll die. But he won't grow old unless he stop phasing. So he won't die because of old age. So I don't think he would stop phasing since Nessie clearly can live forever. He would want to spend forever with her.

One of my favorite scenes is when Edward taught her how to dance.. so that she could dance with Jake some day. Almost cried during the filming and editing process!
