Ever think to use a thine solution of napalm so you can actually light stuff on fire.

The old Styrofoam and gas is too thick for a flame thrower. It seems adding a light motor oil really thins it out. I myself have no experience with the old NApatline and PALMiatet.

You could increase pressure but i'm already running 750 psi. I don't feel comfortable going much higher with the equipment I have. For our set up, it's pretty maxed out. We tried different nozzles and we found the best one...no nozzle lol

So what is the 3000 psi scuba tank for if it runs at 750 psi?

because the the 3000 psi tank is only 68 cubic inches. The fuel tank is around 2 and a half gallons. You would only need 750 psi if your air tank was the same size as your fuel tank but in my case its much much smaller so i need higher psi.

As a side note, 750 psi is the only output i have tried. It may work just as well with less pressure. If anyone tries it, let me know

I've been thinking about making something similar, I have a nice liquid-fueled rocket Venturi system that I could pump kerosene through and then inject compressed air into with a 4500 PSI tank... Or course the tank is regulated though... All I need is a fuel pump.

i don't use a fuel pump, i just rely on gravity. The fuel line comes from the bottom of the tank so as long as the gas is at the bottom of the tank it will go through the fuel line. It just won't work upside down, not a problem for me though

Sweet video, quite an ingenious system there. One thing I've been kind of confused about is how you pressurize the fuel. So you fill a tank with some liquid fuel and then attach your paintball cannister to the top of the tank and some piping to the bottom which then attaches to the pressure gun via some hosing and the cannister provides the pressure to force the fuel through the gun? Or do you somehow pressurize the gas beforehand?

Exactly, the paintball tank is pressurized so when you open the valve between the fuel and the air, the pressurized air rushes into the fuel tank and pressurized the system
