  • I 'm not informed about other people but I can tell you that my family found excellent accomplishment with DietOramy eating plan regime (google it, there are lots of data relating to this) - all of us use it and our physicians are astounded with the success that came so rapidly.

  • I'm really not positive that this is the suitable weight-reduction plan for anybody, however DietOramy weight-reduction plan undoubtedly helps my grandpa melt off all of that unwanted body weight. There is a large amount of free information on the web regarding it, just use Google...

  • Hey Tony, i saw this about a month ago and i have been sticking to it since then. Its not only kept me healthy but its changed my life, i know that sounds a bit out there but before i would work all day, come home and go to the gym and have no energy and just hit that sack after. But now i am still full of life after the gym and i enjoy the gym again and not throwing myself in the car to get myself there,lol. Anyway i just wanted to say thank you for doing this and i wish you well.

  • Hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Heard by several nutrition and health experts that ketchup is a no no . full of sugar, sodium and preservatives. Also I heard that regular potatoes are very starchy and not good for weight loss, but I tony is not loosing weight so I guess is fine on his diet.

  • Can you explain why you don't want blood sugar levels increasing during the night(using no fruit)? I typically use fruit in all my protein shakes no matter what time of day it is. Just wondering if I shouldn't...

  • @edutton fruit is a simple sugar/carb. it will digest very quickly and will most likely be stored as fat over night while ur metobolisim is rested. its best to add fruit first thing in the morning and after ur workout

  • @tqb43 That can only be figured out by a Fitness Health Specialist. You need to know your body fat, lean body mass, your activity level, your body surface area, height, metabolism, gender, genetics, and so on to figure it out.

    Just teasing, but on a serious note, how do you manage the last meal, the late night ones?

    Manage meaning, 8 hours of sleep is the rule i always heard was best, so if you are preparing at food 10pm, you are already into your first hour of sleep, if you plan on waking up at 6am.

    also, is it a good idea to go directly to bed after your last meal?

  • my doc.said with my kidneys functioning at only 65% i can only have 100g of protein a day.can i burn fat and build muscle on that toney?

  • @TheLseven I have also had kidney problems from metal poisoning. I don't know if he mentioned this but he is probably also consuming around 2oz of water per lb of body weight which is the most important part if you have kidney problems. I'm well over 200lb and a mesomorph and have no problems with lower protein. I tend to have a 1-scoop /w water protein shake within a half hour of finishing a workout and far less protein the rest of the day.  If you do the cardio, you will look good.

  • @reptarman7 LOL I thought one thing and typed the exact opposite. 1oz water per 2lbs of body weight. I have a hard enough time drinking 1 gallon let alone 4.
