  • If bench shirts help you lift heavy does that mean your true max is only what you can lift on your own without any assists?  Or do they just help make sure you keep proper form when lifting serious weight?

  • @Jayballa21014 ok, firstly, i must say, i prefer RAW to shirted bench, but that doesn't make shirted gay. Secondly, even without a shirt this guy could out-bench the vast majority of the worlds population, so stop talking trash and go look up some RAW videos if that's what you're looking for.

  • I have to give you major respect for pretty much putting 585 up, but I would feel better about myself if I did 500 with proper form and with barely any aid from my legs than doing 585 with a defective form. Just saying man, I am really far away from what you are doing, but I find form really important when it comes to displaying strength on the bench press. That's all =)

  • I actually do have an idea about this sport, I engage it in regularly. What's truly bizarre is that you throw that insult my way when you have no proof that I have no idea about the sport. And the form was detestable, It's my opinion, and he as well received assistance to put the bar back. That, in MY opinion, does not count as bench pressing 585 pounds. Don't get me wrong, this dude is a fucking beast, I'm far from pressing what he is, I respect him profoundly for this, but the form was shitty.

  • @omgiheartpie no you dont, if you engage in this sporrt regularly, for one youd refer to it by name, for two youd know that all PL's use leg drive when they bench, for three PL's dont have to rack the bar without assistance in comp...so dude my ultimate question is... how can you bullshit that bad
