I understand your hatred but I think for this song, those English words aren't there randomly.

"I know I know" fit in with the other lyrics quite well, or do you propose they should have used "我知 我知" instead? Regarding "ok 繃", thats what they call plaster in Taiwan, and again this fit in with the theme of the song.

Actually there are many popular songs which have "randomly" inserted English words, such as Shall We Talk, No Body by Wonder Girls, 我期待 and so on.
