He's real good and you can't judge his speed from one video. I can draw a caricature head in 2 minutes but that's because I do them all the time. Maybe he's doing something new or just getting stuck. Happens all the time.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that this kid is a master. You want a master artist? frank frazetta. He can hand you a finish oil painting in one sitting. These new artist just don't get trained like they used to. I'm not saying his bad. But 10 minutes to do a head? In ink?

frank frazetta is awesome too and he draws amazing pictures but u cant compare two artists because EVERY artist has another style of drawing.why should everyone draw like him when they got other good styles?this would be boring as shit if everyone draws the same-besides:do you know how much time FRAZETTA needs for his pictures??

Hehe...he did an Iron Man for me too about two years ago. He said he was a particularly tough character to draw without reference as to how his armor looks. How ironic (pardon the pun) that he would have to draw an entire miniseries starring the guy. He seems to be a really nice guy, by the way.

so maybe the angles not that great but it doesnt feel so great when you have someone filming over your shoulder and usually the people getting sketches dont go around to the other side of the table.

I've heard tell it's best not to use Sharpies for your comic art, but I personally don't see what the problem is.

I think it has to do with the archival quality. It won't last. It's a con-sketch, so it's OK.
