Nice tribute, seems you grew up in a nice town. Hometowns tend to have an habbit of imprinting themselves in our hearts don't they, making us who we are. Same here mate. Thanks for sub also, seemed unable to access your channel for some reason. Hope you get this message.
i live in fleet it's soooooooooooo boringgggggggggg!!!!!!!!! all you can do is swim and go for long walks bored bored bored and i live really far away from my mates.
aahh i used to live here 2 since i was a baby but i moved to stoke a few years ago. I really miss this place and i was the happiest i would ever be there! :D It's an amazing place =]
...School, and now, they are building more houses in front of that! Madness! But, when I walk through the Hart center and around Fleet Pond, I realise that the town has lost only a little of it's charm.
...letter missing! I live in Pondtail right in front of Fleet Pond, and it used to be such a lovely, private, quaint town which nobody knew about. My parents only knew about it when they stopped at the M3 services fifteen years ago! But I fill like projects like Elvetham Heath have spoiled it a bit, now the town is filled with tarts and people who can't even spell! I know because I know go to Calthorpe Park (continued...)
I am 13 now and I have lived in Fleet all of my life. Seeing this video nearly makes me cry. I mean the nostalgia of seeing 'Cycle Kingdom' in the high street with only one (continued)...
actually rather enjoyed this. I do love Fleet although I worked at the Emporium for 3 years and wished I had made a video entitled "Fleet High Street on a Friday and Saturday Night" Would have been VERY different!
rite , courtmoor,my house, basingbourne ,skate park, err lol theres loads of things that aint there anymore like harwoods, hogshead, and the curry place, and that thing at the end aint even in fleet
Thanks for sharing. I moved from there in 2005 back to the US. About the only thing you missed was a lovely shot of the Basingstoke Canal (our house backed up to it on Aldershot Road)
Memories and how its changed! I lived there for two years (72-73), went to Calthorpe for forms I and II. My Dad owned Maxwell's on Reading Road South.
you surely like Church Crookham too...don't you?
