Every time I go to Alex's website to listen to his music, I end up here. I think this cover is just so incredible! As we worked out before, it's probably the off beat bits that draw me in, but it's all so great.

Do you use dynamic mics to record or do you just use them in videos cause they look more awesome?

I use a 57 dynamic when I record everything, not the beta 58 you see in this particular video (my last video I did use my Beta 58 since it was a live video recording) I've found the 57 to be the best mic to record any and every instrument (including vocals) if you're looking for really really good quality for a really really low non-compromising price. I always suggest a 57 to anyone looking to spend less than 150 dollars.
