I am from Canada, but live in the US now. I did not mean to offend anyone, but there are many internet stories about her. One guy even claims that Agnetha died in 1979 and was replaced by an English girl look-alike. I am still checking to see if anyone has knowledge of her being abducted by aliens on a UFO, but so far no one has that.

This guy has made a strong case.I paid no attention for a long time, thinking that ABBA dissolved and that was all.I got interested when I sat next to a woman and her son on an international flight a few years back, and I believe that it was her (a real white-knuckle flyer). She told me that she was German, but had no passport. Her son did, but I did not see it.She had to fill out a green sheet for US INS/Customs (this was before 9/11/2001).

She also did not speak German as I know it from family members speaking it when I was young, but a language similar to German. I have read all of these crazy inquiry and rumour web sites, and the guy who says the real AF died may be on to something, but not the right conclusion.

There may have been a "stand-in" or a double used because of the inconsitencies that this other guy points out.I believe that the real AF is alive and in seclusion out of fear for her life. She may surface once in a while, but that the double does the public dates. Look at the eyes and the teeth, and the variability of how sometimes she can converse in English and sometimes she cannot.
