This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen, I can just see one of these malfunctioning and sending your car randomly hurdling in one direction, of rain or something messing with the detection and it just smashing the shit out of the other vehicles. Are people really becoming THIS pathetic that they need a car to PARK ITSELF!? You are already effing sitting down how lazy and useless can you get? If you can't parallel park, don't drive.

@ErgonomicChair Well... If your so good, dont buy one. If the sensor malfunctions there would most likely be sensors to sense malfunctions. Then on top of that you would most likely have control of the brake so if your paying any attention at all you would be able to stop the car to avoid collision.

On top of that, you dont need to use the feature.

Sure it is a pretty cool feature if you can't park for yourself. But I would never buy a car that parks itself I would only like a car that i'm in complete control of. It would be like the car is in control of where you are going and it controls you alittle more than a normal car.

Why's everyone complaining about this feature? Most cars now have ABS, power assisted steering, automatic chokes and a lot have automatic transmission (yes, I know a manual is better and I prefer it too). A lot of cars have automatic lights and windscreen wipers. Surely this is no more than another useful driving aid? Look at it this way, it may stop you having to wait as long as someone who isn't comfortable at parallel parking actually parks!
