When you go in to settings/general/cellular data network you have an option for visual voicemail. How did you get this on your phone? Mine does not show that. Does your visual voicemail work?

I know that tmobile provide it that's why they have a format for it Cingular dosent yet so they don't provide the options u have to wait till the season is over for Cingular it sucks I know but idk a way to get it free for them only tmobile

Thanks for helping you have to make sure that 1st you are paying tmobile for this lol. And 2nd you enter everything right and the last thing is make sure you power down not respring

out of all settings this worked for me

make sure you turn off your phone leave it of for about 5 mins then turn it on, if that doesnt work just use your phone regularly and try sending a pic about an hour later. thank for the help ! 5 stars
