Actually the computer control in my opinion makes it more fun, you have more features and more ways on how you want to operate the trains or which position you want them.
But I guess I do see your point there too. I'm just a DC (Direct Current) user so if I look at the computer control stuff, it looks kind of confusing to me.
@potterxt600ttr250c90 I think what computer control provides in this situation is a more active layout with fewer operators. Even one human operator can run their one train while many other trains are moving on the layout. It gives you the feel of a more realistic and functioning world.
I saw this layout in Railway Modeller magazine and in my opinion, is truly the finest layout in the country. Well done. You can really see the hard work and effort put into this railway.

1:16 , he back of his 00 scale Manchester station is from an HO Scale American Union Station kit. That's an awesome station on his layout.
