  • @fllanza whenever I do the leglifts on my left leg I can hear and feel my hip pop. Is this normal? I can I do anything about it?

  • @LaKaffeemaschine It's normal. Myabe you are just widening your circles too much, try making smaller ones. Mine does the same thing but it's normal. so, no worries =]
