Why not just spray the area with pot smoke, then air drop in some Doritoes. The enemy will hug you when you show up with the chocolate chip cookies

Come to think of it, it is a nice idea. Spray the area, wait an hour, and the enemy will be unable to fight and you can just walk in and take them. Getting prisoners, resources and more without killing anyone. Not to mention that lsd has also been used as a truth serum so interrogation would be easier.
