There has to a be a scandal before it can be nominated. Although some tried to make Acorn's registration drives into a scandal, there was never anything to it. Some of Acorn's employees scammed Acorn by submitting phony registrations. Acorn noted the ones that looked phony and passed the list on to state officials as they were required to do by law.

His ability to wreck a country in 8 short years deserves recognition. And definitely something for Cheney: Perhaps the "So What?" Award for his unparalleled callousness toward our military, CIA agents, and innocent civilians in Iraq, with honorable mention for his criminality as well.
