    You could look at doing circuit work outs there is plenty of video on youtube for these types of work outs.

    Search for beginners circuit training.

    Have a look at controlled calorie diets not low calorie so as get an understanding of a balance health diet.

    Combine these two things and you are onto a winner.

  • im a little confused. you say to do 3 reps for each workout, does that mean 165/195/225 (25/15/8) x 3 for bench press? or you simply mean do 165x25, 195x15, 225x8 which would be 3? seems like if you did each of those 3 times that would be a LOT

  • @sethwillis86 The 165 is one set. 195 is the second set. 225 is the third and you're done. Move on to the next workout.

  • if you wanna get fit and have fun doing it get out your house and go running to the gym 30 min running join the body attack classes in your gym and do the class with 2.5 kg weights after that enjoy it watching your gym ladys bumps and watch your shoulders grow after 30mints of weights chest bicepts and shoulders and thats it dont worry anymore come back in 3 months and let me know ...and if you got a bit of weight on you have to do a diet of course

  • Very good guidance but ppl don't have time to only do 1 Muscle per day, I do Chest&Abs, Back&Shoulders then Cardio and Legs after running etc. I'm a Thai boxer and this made me lean and a Winner.

  • @karan4469 I know thats what I said when I found the workout. I would just do squats, dead lifts, box jumps, walking weighted lunges, Leg Press, leg curls, and leg extensions
