In case anyone is wondering whether the so called "Super Congress" is constitutional --

IT IS NOT ! ! ! !

ARTICLE V

..."and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate."

Six (6) Senators will be making the decisions.

Forty Four (44) States will have been deprived of their equal suffrage in the Senate.

The decisions of the Super Congress will be binding upon all the States -- without their proper representation in Congress.

I would remind people of the Enabling Act of 1933 in Germany. It is eerily similar to what is happening now. In short, with the Enabling Act, the parliament granted the German government additional powers and de facto legalized Hitler’s dictatorship. We are heading down the same path with this new super congess and the powers they have been given. We the people should be OUTRAGED. We cannot take this, or we will face the same fate as the jews did when they were killed in the 1930's

@holajim and I might add, I dont think "'we the people"' should wait to see if Ron Paul is elected president and hope that he will fix everything, because things could get really bad way before the elections..if he is even elected at all..and the rest of the republicans..I dont trust them anymore than I do a democrate. If we could trust them,,,then this super congress would never have been put in place..
