I did it last January and about to do it again.... It came out of me on the second day of fasting.... You fast for ť days and take psylium, clay and digestive stimulator 4 to 5 times a day.... the human body can handle most naturally foods...fruits, veggies, etc. what we have now is man's ability to create substances that don't kill us, but make the body's job very difficult. i mean learn biology, but if it doesn't belong in the body it just doesn't belong...chew on some nightshade and see how your body responds to that.

John -- Did you stop posting reviews? I don't see where you finished the first month? The products from this company are terrific. We discovered Dr. Natura two years ago and continue to use the fiber each morning. It's time for our yearly maintenance cleanse and we will steep our tea for 11 or 15 minutes like you did. I never steeped it for more than 8 minutes but I'll have no fear now. Thanks for posting your details.
