How do you download a panel? Nothing is working is working in my fs!!!!!!

i got the pss 777 but whenever i use it my FS4 closes any suggestions?

is this panel the posky default 2d panel or is this panel an addon?

its a addon panel which is payware from PSS normally you can get it from Just Flights under 777 Professional

my merge shows "vectors" and it wont turn as i pass it and if a delete it, the VNAV stops climbing i have none of these problems with the pmdg or lds
