@TheDISNEY365 ya, that is a major issue, pros who use dslr for video have to buy all these fancy accessory and equipment to make it function as well as a pro video camera.
How do you get the video to continuous autofocus when filming? I can get it to focus by pushing the shutter button, but I swear it can do it automatically without pushing any buttons? :/
Nice video. Useful to have some shortcuts pointed out. Nicer than wading through a little manual or even worse scrolling through an online one! Cheers!
very helpful tutorial...I AM A FIRST TIMER WITH DSLR, and ur tutorial really helps...thanks! Btw, amazing that u also paint ;D same as here. Keep up the artist in you!
hey dude amazing review how much did you get your lens for .. and do lenses make you take sharp photos or is it the camera itself ././ i take photos but feell like they can be better in quality why is this man!
@crisbnh13 the lens is a nikon 50mm f/1.4. There are many many factor that contribute to sharpness, but my guess is it is not your camera or lens, most of the time it is the photographer. You will have to find out yourself though.
@tubeexcellence 600+ pics. I dont know of any other batteries, you will have to get extras. A battery grip allows you to hold two batteries in your camera.
thanks for the review

Excellent review!
I especially liked that you left in the reality of the battery dead cursing! LOL ;-)
Q1: About how long can I expect the battery to last.
Q2: Do you know if there are longer lasting batteries and what is the high mAh I can buy?

This was really helpful, thanks! I've had my camera for about two months now, but I'm not very keen on reading manuals.

Is the software on it the same as the one on the D7000? Is seems uglier I think unless there was an update?
