hey hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father got amazing6 pack abs and lost alot of weight with it.
That's a problem for me I have curvy body and doing full body workout might make me loose my curves and I really do not like skinny ass or the rest so damn those little love handles who ruins my figure.
All i hve to say about this vid is that a person should not try an do all these things especially a bigger person, its not healthy to change your lifestyle very rapidly, its better to start slow and work up to what Mr, Yalkaim is showing us, your body will take the workouts alot better and u will feel better after the workouts
Iv been doing 2 20 minute interval bike rides 30/30 seconds everyday doing gym Monday Tuesday wednesday Thursday and saturday, eating around 1200-1500 calories a day and taking eca stack fat burners, I was obese guy when u started gym now I'm down to a good weight but the last thing I need to lose and it is slowly happening is love handles, hang in there guys!

Great video! I have a quick question. I'm 6'6 232lbs trying to lose 15-20lbs. My BMR is around 3000 calories. I generally eat around 2300 calories a day. I'm losing weight but it's all coming from my legs! Should I still be exercising? If I jump rope for an hour, I'd burn 1700 calories a day. Wouldn't that put my body in starvation mode?
8 cups of water isn't a lot if you look at it. 8 - 8 ounce glasses is 1.9L A half gal of milk is 1.89L just carry a half gal of water with you and sip on it through out the day.

I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
@FreeOnlineWorkouts well i noticed in mexico,the people are usually skinny.and when i lived there we ate a small breakfast,large lunch,tiny snack,small dinner.but the thing was is that it wasn't fast food or fatty foods,it was more of beans,rice,vegetables etc.and they usually eat meat once a week.and they dont do excersizes they do work(lol)like farming for hours or whatever.so it would be best for you to look at the WORLD and see there diets and there majority food and conditions.

@nadaboom Its really not the fat, its the Sugar. For instance Skim has 1 gram more Sugar in it than whole, which is basically why you hardly see anyone lose weight on Skim or 2 percent.
I drink Almond Milk, but I suppose do whatever works for you.

belly fat is fat. How do you burn fat? By burning more calories than you take in. How do you burn maximum calories? By doing cardio. How to you take in minimum calories? By eating a balanced diet that gives your body what it needs to perform and no more or youll need to work harder to achieve results and no less or else it will impair your ability to perform the exercise. Its simple really, just takes discipline to do the exercise and self restraint to avoid indulging in junk food.
And that's a tough diet I'm mexican and we eat meat almost every day. I'm 5'7 156 pounds and have a belly and chubby chest. I have super skinny legs with averag thighs

@olliewoodshire Try running in the morning, like before you eat breakfast, with a distance of 2 miles or more, the more the better. It burns calories nicely and since your stomach will be empty since you havent eaten you'll get a head start since you wont have ingested any calories to burn.

@olliewoodshire most gyms have a device that can tell you, there are many diff ways. These are not 100% accurate and can deviate 2-3%. I was just wondering because you are taller than me but weigh way less.
i struggled to get the small love hanndles ive got to go, i do a big carb burning, strength building and muscle toning routine that occcurs everyday, i do this aerobic workout that targets several areas but not so much that areas, im quite skiiny and moistly muscle only bit of fat is in the love handles other than that im good, it seems to me that its the hardestr area to lose fat
This is the most annoying fact about losing weight haha, they're the main things I'm trying to lose.. I know it will all be worth it in the end though
@ClaireSuperNana What he means is that there is no magic way of lowering a certain body part. You cannot spot reduce. Hence the best way to go about it is to loose as much fat as possible and your body will decide when it will get to your love handles. So stick to a lot of compound movements to increase muscle fiber recruitment and hence calorie expenditure. Furthermore, make sure you maximize your cardio as stated on this video with proper interval training. No easy answer, I know...
You really don't need "traditional" interval training to get lean. Circuit training using weights can give you the results you want in less time. ie. Use a whole body workout circuit with 6 or so compound exercises back to back without rest for approx. 5 circuits total resting 1-2 minutes in between. That'll make your heart pump and build muscle in less time. Incorporate squats, bench, shoulder press, deadlifts, pullups, rows, lunges, etc.. A good diet plan however, is irreplaceable.
Contrary to what you said, yes, one WILL burn fat by working muscle groups. It's proven and widely knwn that muscle consumes surrounding fat. Love handles however are notoriously difficult to get rid of by targeted, area-specific exercises,, so while an overall calorie-burning aerobic approach is recommended for burnig fat, you can definitely enhance the process with targeted, area specific muscle-building exercises.

@tipoomaster I'm still learning myself but milk also helps create more mucus in the system/lungs. I use to have a lot of mucus and would need to cough it up. After giving up regular milk (it wasn't raw milk which I've never had) I had virtually no mucus at all.

Cow's milk is meant for calves, not humans, and is absolutely not a necessary component of the human diet. The amount of protein in milk makes the calcium and vitamin D they add moot; it creates a negative calcium balance.

@tipoomaster It's meant for baby calves, not for humans. Casein, the protein in milk, has been clinically proven to be detrimental to human health. Morevoer, the calcium in milk is not at all easily digestible by humans. Plant sources are a MUCH better source of calciumk that dairy products. I firmly believe that humans would all be much better off to eliminate dairy consumption altogether.

i struggled to get the small love hanndles ive got to go, i do a big carb burning, strength building and muscle toning routine that occcurs everyday, i do this aerobic workout that targets several areas but not so much that areas, im quite skiiny and moistly muscle only bit of fat is in the love handles other than that im good, it seems to me that its the hardestr area to lose fat

@ClaireSuperNana What he means is that there is no magic way of lowering a certain body part. You cannot spot reduce. Hence the best way to go about it is to loose as much fat as possible and your body will decide when it will get to your love handles. So stick to a lot of compound movements to increase muscle fiber recruitment and hence calorie expenditure. Furthermore, make sure you maximize your cardio as stated on this video with proper interval training. No easy answer, I know...

You really don't need "traditional" interval training to get lean. Circuit training using weights can give you the results you want in less time. ie. Use a whole body workout circuit with 6 or so compound exercises back to back without rest for approx. 5 circuits total resting 1-2 minutes in between. That'll make your heart pump and build muscle in less time. Incorporate squats, bench, shoulder press, deadlifts, pullups, rows, lunges, etc.. A good diet plan however, is irreplaceable.

Contrary to what you said, yes, one WILL burn fat by working muscle groups. It's proven and widely knwn that muscle consumes surrounding fat. Love handles however are notoriously difficult to get rid of by targeted, area-specific exercises,, so while an overall calorie-burning aerobic approach is recommended for burnig fat, you can definitely enhance the process with targeted, area specific muscle-building exercises.

Great tips.........I'm 5ft 3 and weigh 13 st 4 pounds. I've just brought an exercise bike and treadmill and i'm looking to lose around 2 stone. The reason i have piled on the weight is that since i gave up smoking around 7 months ago i started eating late at night and junk! I'm going to give this a damn good go and see where it takes me....

@tipoomaster I'm still learning myself but milk also helps create more mucus in the system/lungs. I use to have a lot of mucus and would need to cough it up. After giving up regular milk (it wasn't raw milk which I've never had) I had virtually no mucus at all.

@tipoomaster Humans are the only species which consume milk after infancy. And, it's milk from other species, no less... Cow's milk is meant for calves, not humans, and is absolutely not a necessary component of the human diet. The amount of protein in milk makes the calcium and vitamin D they add moot; it creates a negative calcium balance.

@tipoomaster Milk is essentially a liquid fat, it takes very little time from when you drink it to when the fat fuses to the body, for someone who is trying to reduce their overall bodyfat percentage milk does not really help with what their trying to achieve. I agree with you that it is a good source of protein and carbohydrates but for someone who is trying to get optimal results in less time I fell he is right when he says water, whole grains, and proteins and veggies are the way to go.

@tipoomaster Cows milk is pasteurized so that all valuable enzymes are destroyed. The cows are given growth hormones which consequently is moved into the milk in which we drink. Steroid hormones in the milk were suspected to cause early puberty in girls which could lead to diseases such as breast cancer. It's better off just to drink the good old natural rice or almond milk!

@tipoomaster It's meant for baby calves, not for humans. Casein, the protein in milk, has been clinically proven to be detrimental to human health. Morevoer, the calcium in milk is not at all easily digestible by humans. Plant sources are a MUCH better source of calciumk that dairy products. I firmly believe that humans would all be much better off to eliminate dairy consumption altogether.
