I the Kalmyk. Kalmyks were a part россии in 1609. Then the people most part has left back to Dzungaria. But the most part was lost in a way.

You are wrong. Check Wikipedia Kalmykia. The ancestors of Kalmyks moved to today's Kalmykia around 1630. Manchu China wiped out Dzungar Oirats in 1757-1759. And Majority of Kalmyks returned to China in late 1771 under their leader Ubashi Khan.
