是呀~我也想知道什麼是"吃油"? 我們又不可能直接拿沙拉油來吃。

是指白天煮任何東西都不加油嗎?

what do you mean oil for morning? coz we nv eat oil directly. it's usualy use to cook right? so we shouldnt eat bread and noodles and rice in the morning? and what oil is used to cook dinner ! sol like we cant use fried rice?? so what do you suggest for dinner? can you give some example? thanks!!
