I have an Aveo 5 hatch, and it starts making the same noise at the speed of 140km/h... i know it's an aerodynamic issue but i've never tried to find it out. But I don't care, after all I drive very rarely that fast with this small car
I gave up to solve the problem because the car has passed the warranty. The car is still making the noise only 180km/h. I tried to resolve the problem in repaircenter chevrolet and what they did was shake the right door so that now closes with difficulty. The right side I solved the problem as follows: bought a rubber insulation with 5 cm in width and put it between the door and the structure of the car. Now only the 180 km/h is making noise.

in the 2009 gen they put a plastic part behind the front bumber to fix the problem. and the problem is fixed
However I have the 2009 Aveo ,but I hate it
