ga (が) is a subject..

for all you who wonder...I believe that a small Tu copies the first part of the next charakter to the en of the previous one. example: Ha+small tu+Pa= Happa, how ever I've learned this to be try about hiragana...but this is the first time I've seen it used like that in Katakana, so I don't really know if it's used in that way in katakana...
