Hola buenas, tengo el Skyfire en mi portatil en un archivo comprimido .cab Alguien me puede decir como y donde lo meto en mi Omnia para q me funcione?? Gracias
Thanks! I'm actually going to use this on my samsung omnia. I surf reasonably fast on a very bad reception. Played videos on Youtube, and JustinTV. Can't wait to use in a area with better reception.
it's the only mobile browser capable of supporting flash. in other words, if you wanna watch youtube or hulu videos right in the browser, you'll need skyfire
Pages are rendered server-side using a Gecko renderer and then sent to the phone. That means everything: AJAX, Flash, video and audio, all display on your phone exactly as they do on the computer, and everything functions like it should.
ALL U NEED FOR NE OF THESE FONES WIT HIGHER RESOLUTION ((MOST OV THE NEW 1Z)) IS A SMALL PROGRAM CALLED WVGAFix3 (newest verion is 3) and install that to the phone and Voila!! iz sorted ;). u jus choose the setting for the lower res that skyfire does support n then skyfire will open n run smooth. hope this helps. tried it on omnia, xperia1 n Touch HD
download and install skyfire but dont try running it yet. then search for wvgafix on google then download and install that. finally once wvga is installed run it and set the resolution to qvga (240x320) then your screen will change... now open skyfire then all should be well. (reply and say if this works)
if you install qvga and modify the res to 240x320 on the omnia.. is it dangerous to anything? can it brake it? or have it ever been bugs, gliches or crashes?
No it doesnt break anything. only thing was when i had spb mobile shell it would not show up on screen in qvga mode but once put into the normal resolution it shows up again. so yes no danger.
I heard it causes some problem if you change the screen orientation while using wvgfix. So I haven't tried that before. Portrait mode is good enough for me now. For wvgafix, I am not the author. You can know more abou the author from the download link of the program. He is really a genius I must say!
Skyfire does work in landscape Mode. the only problem well sort of problem with this method wich is the only solution at the moment is that the screen bcom slightly smaller while using skyfire obviously bcoz of the lower resolution u set ur fone to using the wvgafix. u lose abt 15mm id say from the bottom. which aint bad .

hope so. If you have those devices, do try and make some videos to show to other users! This can help them to enjoy Skyfire on their device.
