I would say thats the right amount of muscle I would like on a woman. People say I'm crazy but I would prefer a muscular woman over any other...while I'm not super macho I do go to the gym everyday...I just don't live there and do a strict diet...so I look normal.

What sucks is a lot of women feel they can't date a guy who the "look" stronger than...don't know why that is.

You probably could crush an apple; however, I would recommend an empty steel food can instead. An apple is a solid object and is likely to cause bruising.  An emply steel food can, while being a challenge that is very impressive watch, is less likely to bruise your arm. Just a suggestion.
