I am not sure about the picture and if their are popular.But i do not understand your point with the starvation. You said that there was no Starvation in not war time except from a few exception.But these"exceptions" in the 20th and the early 30ths are what stalins politik is about. He made them join kolhoz and took all their land therefore they lost their will to work and that was the reason why their was starvation.And even so their was starvation he still exported crop for currency.

The pictures at the end are Gulags, Russian interment or labour camps. About 39 million people died of hunger and bad conditions in these camps

Those are clearly pictures from Nazi concentration camps you doofus. And your figure is about 39 times too high, just look at the actual statistics instead of speculating or relying on political estimates. Also normal Soviet citizens died during the same war period from starvation (and some during the 1930s), so you can't blame it all on the government, in fact half of all the gulag deaths occurred during the war when there were widespread food shortages.

Well you are right i used the total fatal casualties under Stalin.The real casualties in Gulags are about 3 or 4 million under Stalin.But i don't know how you could know that these are Nazis conentration camps.Gulags also has contol towers and mass graves. And for sure the Govermant of the SU is responsible for the deaths caused by hunger because they spent all their money for heavy industrie.Knowing that many people would die because of their wrong economic policy.

There was no starvation in non-war years except the early 1930s and the civil war. The concentration camp picture is a famous one, it clearly isn't a gulag, the watchtowers might be for gulags, I don't know. The real casualties in the gulags under stalin are about 500 000, as shown in the official statistics (why would Stalin lie to himself?). Stalin's economic policy was mainly correct. They had 10%+ growth for three decades.
