Motorola make great phones, they know next to nothing about software, I personally will never buy Motorola again and I will tell anyone who wants advice on phones this. Why? Because Motorola don't upgrade their software and they keep putting "value added" software on their phones. I did not pay $800 for an atrix to receive updates for less than a year. Sad but true Motorola have completely failed and do not deserve loyal customers.

I traded my iphone 4 for this beast of a phone. I've owned the atrix for a month and its my first android phone. It completely destroys my old iphone 4. I will never buy Apple again. Android owns. I love the Atrix and can't wait for the 2.3 update!

I have owned iphone for 3 yrs, blackberry,android(atrix&thund­erbolt) my oppinion...its all in what u get use too. android has alot MORE. Apple is easier, simple, takes less time to do things on. android does not have as many "ristrictions" if you will, as apple. Its all in what your use too,as one person put it...adroid is for geeks.....(more complicated) and iphone is for non-geeky people.( wants simple, easy to use smartphone)...so....that made since to me..

Motorola is sending Android platform backwards. Their hardware looks great on paper but turns out to be a cheap piece of broken crap (go ahead read reviews i'll wait). Motorola went downhill after their Razor line but started to redeem themselves with the original DROID then put themselves back in the shitter after. Stay with HTC phones, much better.

I love this concept and is exactly what I have been saying what I want. In concept that is. But once this thing reaches the end of its use period, generally after 1 to 2 years, all those docks and that laptop accessory become useless because they won't work with anything else. Maybe they would allow this devices successor to use these docks, but I doubt it. And I want a FULL OS when I use a laptop or home theater and be able to install full programs. So great concept, but I'll still be waiting.
