@jjmccrary06 Prolly for good luck to pass on. The character was happy Pan was back. The characters used hand gestures to communicate things in tradition such as during Pan's return (think happy thoughts) and everyone wiggled their hands in front of their face. Like sign language communicates in hand gestures. This was another gesture that held meaning. Happiness. It wasn't anything weird or whatever else people could mistake it as. IT was a gesture used to exclaim that place/person/thing.
