This is the best song on Light Grenades, without a doubt. Take off the "Earth to Bella" mistakes, and Light Grenades would've been a great EP. By far their shortest and weakest album to date. I hear the new one will only have 11 tracks....sad

Icubus is the most original band. They maintain their originality, which is rarely seen these days. Each member contributes such style and talent with each instrument; and Brandon's lyrics are so deep. Still mi favorite band, hands down...

Lead singers **USUALLY** get the most attention, especially if they're good (& Brandon is GREAT). Though I agree that they work together beautifully, you can't assume that any which member is irreplaceable. After all, IMO they're doing just fine after replacing Dirk. I like the fact that you appreciate all their talents & contributions tho. I do, too.

The production may be different on later albums (I wouldn't say better if you keep the changing techniques over time in mind) but you can't ignore songs like The Warmth/Glass/New Skin/Azwethinkweiz/Deep inside/etc. Incubus has so many songs and records to be proud of, both on earlier as current albums. Appreciate the music they produce and broaden your interests in Incubus' style before you post such ignorant statements.

michael mann in the film industry is what incubus is in the music industry. underrated, possibly the best band ever, and can listen to them for 5 years straight and not get sick of them. if you like incubus i suggest watching a michael mann film. they are so parallel im so glad i found both of them in my lifetime.
