Does this work with 2% milk? How about 2% milk mixed with some heavy cream? I don't have whole milk in the house...but I do have 2% milk and cream!

Exactly the same as making paneer cheese, except with paneer you compressed the curds together. . . . Cool!

this has got to be the EEEASIEST PEEASIEST instructal on making ricotta cheese :O
i tried it just a few moments ago and it seriously takes like 5 minutes to make.. :O

Very cool! Thank you for great instructions, but I did gasp when I saw all that great whey going down the drain. Can't you use that whey for soups or bread?
