"General Welfare" is used by the government to do what it wants under that terminology. What about free will? I agree Heath Care needs reform too but I don't want the government to tell me how or what to do. Whats wrong with that?

The preamble to the constitution says that the government should provide for the GENERAL WELFARE of the people. 46 million uninsured americans is unacceptable! We want a public option, now!
