Unexploded shells and mines are found every day around Europe. Often times Mines wash ashore on England or France from the English Channel.

There was or is still a video around YT about 2 farms in France where munitions from WW1 were found. They r so far below ground they r being left there. Farm houses sit right above the munitions. 2 other munitions finds were exploded in the same area.
