that is the 2nd division patch and they are stationed in korea my brother was there in 1968 and came home with the exact same patches they are from the dmz in korea

Sorry but its not an Vietnam shirt. Its a state side fatigue shirt. The only time it was worn in Vietnam was in 1965 when they first got there. They switched to jungle fatigues in 1966

I've got two just like that one. I got both of them from an army surplus store and went to the local army depot to get the patches. I am a professional JL impersonator and it is a must have piece of clothing. In case you're still wondering, the shoulder patch is a 2nd division Class A patch. Good luck with your selling it.

half of my post was deleted :( . I found a vintage shirt and an original Imjin scout patch with DMZ at the bottom from the Korean War (not Vietnam). on E-Bay. The rest can be found if you know what the patches are called. The big one with the Indian head on the soldier is called a 2nd Infantry Division .

2nd Infantry Division Patch. The one on the pocket is called Imjin Scout patch and can be found new online. The tapes above the pockets can be found online also. They can be special ordered (olive drab U.S.Army and Lennon's had a "Reinhardt" name tape above the right pocket) I found a place to print the Reinhardt tape also, but you have to order 3, which was okay since they were only $3.25 each.

Hey, bro! I thought I was the only one that did this! I wore mine for my senior pic back in the late 90's. I didn't have the Imjin Scouts patch, though, until I went to Korea (with the USAF) and had it made. Your research is EXACT - down to the buttons! I have seen a FEW - less than 3? - at any of the tribute concerts I've ever been to, but most don't have the correct buttons and NO ONE has the Imjin Scouts patch!!! No one except you - and me! Ha, ha!

hey man nice shirt :) i was duing the same looking for one everywhere , i seen one on e bay for £100 without the imjin scout badge so i decided to make one myself , had to order the patches from america andd got the shirt from a military shop , think it came to about £25 all together :) they should make replicas of these shirts !

i have the same shirt man! the shirt was the hardest to find the patches were easy! except i had to order the imjin scouts patch from the a U.S ebayer since i live in the UK. it's an awesome shirt when it's finished.......flippin annoying sewing all the patches on though. thanks for shareing!

man I'm super jealous. I bought an army shirt back in '96 and some bellbottoms, of course I couldn't find white ones so I had to settle for black ones. I was trying to relicate that outfit he wore on dick cavett. Any way I will post a pic of me in that outfit and the tank and let you see it.
