That bit is actually a part of a Pink Floyd tune off of their record "The Wall"; its the 6th track of the first side (LP or CD).

The basic chords are G, C and D. There's some hammer-on/pull-off going on within the G at certain points: that's G going to Gsus and back. Simply add the 4th degree (C) and the 6th degree (E) of G major to your G-chord:

e 3 X

B 0 1

G 0  0

D 0 2

A 2 0

E 3 3

Kinda looks like "adding" the Am7-shape to an open G.
