the 'total funds' was in his titan bar, which is composed of every gold you have on every character on a given server, so when he was in the chars inventory it wasn't where all his gold was located, however, I really don't see how its possible that one person could have that much gold = /

problem with playing the auction house is its server specific as the economy varies on different servers, i remeber playing horde sunstrider and selling copper stacks for 2/3g a piece whihc is pretty nice as a lowbie, and then hitting lightnings blade alliance and finding there was so little demand for copper it cost 25s a stack...

Well i am herbalist and i believe that the best way to make gold in WoW is to go kill the elite tree in skettis( talonsworn forest-rager. i make 30 primal lifes every day which means 330g, and i create loads of mana pots...!!(u only need to have a good gear to kill this elite alone and to herbalist:P

every1 knows that when ur lvl 10 or over, all you need to do to make plenty of gold is farm for linen or wool, then sell the linen for 20 silver a stack and the wool for 50 silver a stack, people buy it like mad! my 40 hunter makes like 5g an hour by this method... try it, it works.

the "exploiting of the economy" has nothing to do with the auction house considering the auction house is up to the customer whether to pay for stuff...also, blizzard completely allows auctioneer addon, the team creating it asks for blizzards permission (bottom feeder was not allowed in some versions, but they've redone it, and now helps a lot), so I'm not sure what you (mjanes07) is getting at?

I do this and I make money. What you need to do is buy and resell. You wont sell all the time, it takes time. if you do re sell you will make money. Its like playing the stock market. This isn't 100% guaranteed. And hes using auctioneer add on.
