Wish I was around in time to see him, but wasn't born till two years after his passing. Having said that I would have been gutted as hell to hear of his illness and death if I was around for it, was bad enough when Freddie Mercury died (on my sixth birthday) shortly after I heard of him, somewhere between not knowing him and realising the legend he was. Klaus Nomi seems to be an epic character though, and probably an inspiration for people like Lady Gaga in terms of wardrobe and theatrics. RIP

This is Klaus Nomi near the very end of his rope.I was lucky enough to have seen klaus at Iver Plaza and his live show was really amazing. His studio work never really gave you the real Nomi act . He was so much better live then those awful studio albums he put out.
