He looks like those lion thingy in every chinese new year there is a lion dance thingy. That is what peke looks like those lion dragon dancing things.
You are right about drying but our peke does that brake dancing on many different occasions. Every time he feels happy or satisfied he does that. Thanks for the comment.

All pekingese dry them selfs off like that and act random after being wet. but still very cute
