Beatbox Ensemble is a group of beatboxers that was created for a big project in Casa da Musica (Porto, Portugal), called Sonopolis, involving other different ensembles also. We worked together between January and June and made our final presentation in Sonopolis.
The project leader is Jorge Queijo who was helped by Hobbit, that you probably know. The aim of this project was to put a large number of people beatboxing as a group, and not as individuals. It was a great success and we are hoping that the Beatbox Ensemble can continue as an independent project.
