Full power..nose down?? Depends on the powerplant. At stall speed on some A/C full power will give you a sweet torque roll. Technically to break a stall all you need to do is reduce angle of attack to restore laminar flow. Putting the nose on the horizon or just slightly below will usualy do just fine.
navghtivs.....you should probably watch how you tell people to do this maneuver. All anyone needs to do is to start a fairly steep climb, pull out the throttle and then nose over to the point where you feel weightless. Have someone who knows what they are doing to show you. I don't know where you got this whole dive until the yellow arc and then go to a steep dive. to me thats stupid. All the maneuver does is an arch. A parabolic arch at that. Look up the math of NASAs vomit comit.
No it is not a stall. Though air speed is quite low at the top, with negative-G, that is the wings are not supporting the weight of the plane any more, the wings cannot stall.
Negative g? so like -9.81.....impossible

They probably did some of the faking of the Apollo moon missions in a diving plane.

@SPB282008 , to recover from a stall its full power nose down .

One of my favorite maneuvers, and easy to do if you are a PPL, here is how I do it:
1, full power, push nose down to a shallow dive to pick up some speed.
2. when the air speed is near the yellow line, pull control back to a steep zoom climb.
3. then immediately pull throttle back to near idle, push control hard forward to zero or negative G.
4. Recover from the dive.
Have your CFI show you once and you will get it right away.

How do you do that anyway, i just got my ppl and wanna try it.
