@kernzyp They both have mass. Mass does not effect the rate at which it is falling. If this where on earth, air resistance would slow the feather down. But alas, this is not on earth, it's on the moon with no air resistance, so both hit the ground at the same time.

i reckon that the "no atmosphere" scenario has no credibility here. what matters is the gravity of the moon. those two objects weigh differently. the gravity would cause the heavier object to fall quicker, as per newtons laws...
