How did this waste my time? I'll tell you. The song - already used in a famous freerunning video. His skills - Not good enough for a video yet. In the video - much running (most of the video) This thing with the toys and the guetar and stuf - nothin to do with the entire conception of the video, or parkour. And last of all, his tricks - Not worked so much on, and don't look good. Why shoot a video, when you won't make it good?

Not at all.

Parkour is fun, it keeps you in shape, it's completely free exercise that can be done pretty much anywhere at any time. Progression through parkour is limitless, since the movement changes as much as the environment does. I recommend watching "the nature of challenge" a parkour documentary on youtube if you want to know more.
