  • That Kid looks like Eminem

  • good job its very jazzy check out my cover too

  • Great cover, nice playing, check out my cover if you like, keep up the good work! I like the clean tone, very Jimi-like.

  • did you record this with a calculator?

  • never mind how bad the shirt is, he actual sucks, i learnt the song 2 mins ago and im better ROFL.

  • I like your tone. It's a very honest and true tone. Some of Jimi's live versions had a very simular tone until he stepped in overdrive.

  • Amazing playing but sort day tone out brah

  • Love your shirt got the same one !!

Axl slash izzy duff steven yeah

  • yeah steven alder, not matt!

  • the one and only GnR

  • @RyanLies

    same

  • like your shirt.

  • Acabas de ofender a Jimi Hendrix con esa estupida forma de tocar esa poderosisima cancion. GUEY

  • good playing, just needs more force, the tone is wimpy.

  • nice, but the solo needs more fuzz

  • nice job

  • justneed some distortion not so much but this sounds more like jazz..anyway its a very good cover

  • hey very good indeed keep playing. like the guy says you've got the bug and you just gotta play outta love.

  • Nice job! I like the tone... the way you play in "pieces" reminds me of Clapton. Much potential - learn from the greats but know that it's not important nor is it a worthy goal to play just like your heroes; You are on the right track with this...no effects to hide behind...haha!

  • nice playing, not the right tone for that song tho. otherwise great job

  • atta kid...nice playin. your need a full band man and you be set. you got the bug. keep it up my friend!

  • very warm sound.....but try to keep the time beat....you allways must have a metronome "in your head".god bless .you really have potential

  • I love it - you capture a feeling - I have no doubt that Jimi is smiling down. Love the over the neck slides too - ;) !

  • this kid is not a begginer

  • Sounds great Bro, keep it up

  • nice job but one can tell you are a straight beginner try to move away from that. my advice is to always make things your own. work on your bends mainly and also your vibrato

  • nice cover but u need ta play along with the song or some one playing rythm to stay in flow

  • Chords hello? No? ok w/e but you know even Slash can play this better

  • you need put the bass, you play nice but this video is so poor ;)

  • I have the same shirt:P

  • who realy gives a damn what one is wearing, you fail to acknowledge the fact and the sacrifice & time it takes to learn something so timeless..."fashion hollywood freaks"

  • NOOOO why are you wearing a guns and roses shirt!? they suck!!

  • i dont think they suck

i jus think its rude thats hes wearing it while he plays hendrix LOL

  • I agree there fucking terrible.

  • awesome playing! please send tabs!

  • and where is the backing track or something ? ha?

  • great feel for a young white boy!!!!

  • whats that supposed to mean?!?!? LOL jk jk

  • Yah, so does/did Eric Clapton, Johnny Winter, Peter Green, Mike Bloomfield, Duane Allman, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmie Vaughan, Roy Buchanan, Mick Taylor, Gary Moore, Rory Gallagher, Coco Montoya, Walter Trout, Jeff Healey, Derek Trucks, Tinsley Ellis, George Thorogood...and so on.

  • yea, they were very soulful white boys too..

  • really nice playing, try with a little

fuzz sound ! it woul sound better

  • You can play :) Check out my red house cover :)

  • Hendrix wrote this

  • URRRG whats with people playing this song with the tone knob down??? it sounds soo much better with it up. you need way more treble and gain for this, you have a strat so you shouldnt have a probem doing this (unless thats a bass amp)

    nice playing tho

  • bad vibrato..

  • bb king...wrote this song...and plays it better. dont get me wrong you did great! and so did hendrix i just like the king version. Im not hating...nice ass cover man!

  • hendrix wrote this, maybe your confusing yourself with a bb king or albert king cover

  • Hendrix wrote Red House

  • This was definitely written by Hendrix and it is his only standard 12-Bar Blues tune as well

  • Awesome. Red House is my favorite Hendrix solo..

  • the intro is wrong... u go 4 n extra verse you r supposta stop right there...

    but it is good

  • better than most, working with no net is especially impressive. good Job

  • good job, but get a better tone, and i know you can

  • good version same as from hal leonard

  • Nice job dude, keep going, and you'll be a great guitar player.

  • good job man, very smooth and crisp, just get your timing down and it will perfect.

  • You do what alot of fast guitar players miss --- You know how to hit the blue notes! It can be subtle but thats what makes a great blues solo. And thats why you will be a really good guitar player. You have the basics down cold.

  • one word: metronome.

  • oh yeah son you got some skills , its nice not hearing this song ruined by shredding.just some suggestions , try some different picking techniques or try to imagine yourself playing percussion as well as the guitar ,it will really help you get some emphasis on your sweet licks.keep it up.

  • word dog

  • Anyone can play Jimi as long as they have the soul!

  • This is wicked mate, with no backing too. It's what I really want to try and achieve but on an acoustic - it's possible with slinky strings. Try and do that - it would be well cool.

  • nice smooth version, great stuff.check out my solo attempt.

  • = D Excellent = D

  • mmmmm?? what´s that?

  • Great feel to your cover. GO YOU!

  • It's really nice seeing a "softer" version of this. I love your style. And I LOVE your shirt!

  • Plays awesome and easy on the eye!

  • well done!!!!!!!!!!

  • woooooooohooooooooooooow, alright you're verry good!!

  • nice one brother

  • Sounds good, some parts are better than others...

    Love the amp sound....

  • Wow, it sounds awesome.

  • Good Job!

  • Nice one , Like the way you play it raw and have not had to rely on effects just you and ur trusty amp !! keep music live ( spec the Blues !! )

  • Im learning that song myself, Long live Jimmi

  • awesome keep the blues alive

  • like the sound kinda jazzyish

  • keep it rockin! regards bluespower..
