Why do people liken every guy who wears lipstick and eyeliner to Marilyn Manson? Hell he wasn't even the first musician to do it.

If you said that he looked like 70's glam rock musicians or even 80's-90's hair metal and hard rock musicians, then I'd say you had a better case there.

No, I think he looks like Marilyn because his facial structure is almost the same. And he has black hair like him. He also wears HEAVY eyeliner, similar to Marilyn.

I dunno, I just think the two look very similar. Its not really meant to be offensive.
